SOFTWARE
Windows Operator Console-a centralised phone operation that runs on a PC and allows the operator to transfer calls, take messages, and monitor, at a glance, the status of callers and extensions.
Strata IP-CTX Automatic Call Distribution-software that enables you to introduce a range of call management techniques such as IVR, IMR, prioritising calls, multiple ACD queues and announcements for incoming callers.
Call Router -software that routes calls, using CLI, to the correct extension.
Stratagy Messaging solutions-voicemail software that enables staff to access and manage their incoming calls using any device remotely or at their desk.The range includes Stratagy Flash(2-4 ports), Stratagy DK(8 ports), Stratagy Enterprise Server (96 ports).
